Offered by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht ELENA is a 100 ft motor yacht. The key elements of ELENA are her generous space and alfresco dining areas. ELENA spends the season in St. Maarten/St. Martin. She was delivered by the well-known ship builder Perama, Greece in 1992. An elegant refit was fulfilled in 2008/2016. The spacious yacht layout features 6 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 13 guests.

ELENA is classified as a superyacht. The expansive aft deck, leads to the well-equipped and inviting main saloon. The main saloon is a well-design space that is well-equipped to shield from the elements in comfort and enjoyment and serves as a location of entertainment.

6 comfortable cabins are thoughtfully spread out for maximum privacy and comfort.

The motor yacht features 2 x 1000 BHP MAN DIESEL 2 x 60 KVA 380V engines and a generator.

Accommodation

M/Y Elena was launched in 1992 and was one of the first yachts to enter the Greek charter market. She was built in Perama Shipyard in Greece. She has a steel hull which offers steady cruising and her entire interior is constructed from oak and mahogany wood. M/Y Elena is a classic displacement yacht featuring ample deck space and a lavish interior. In 2008 her stern was extended and a new swim platform was added for easy access to the sea. In 2016 she was refitted with new upholstery in the saloon, VIP cabin and Master Cabin and had a second sun deck installed. MY Elena can accommodate 12-13 guests in 6 cabins. Her main deck features the saloon and dining area, the galley and the VIP cabin. Her mid lower deck features the Master cabin which also has a sofa and her two twin cabins. Two more twin cabins are located in the stern lower deck. All cabins have ensuite facilities and are fully air-conditioned. The crew quarters are located on the lower deck and have a completely separate entrance. M/Y Elena has a warm feel to her and all her guests feel at home when on board. She has a 4.40mt tender with a 70hp outboard engine, water skis, tubes, rings, snorkeling and fishing equipment are also available on board. Her lovely crew of 5 are always ready to cater to guests needs.

All prices are generated by a calculator and serve as a guide for new charterers. Any additional information of the Price Details section has priority over above. Availability is always subject to confirmation. Gratuity not included for it's discretionary character, usually 5%-25% of the Base Price.

*VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer.

EXTRA Operational Expenses referring as APA* will be approx. 40% of the total charter rate.
(*A.P.A.=ADVANCE PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE is the amount intended to cover initial operational expenses for fuel, food supplies and any other incidental expenses which are described in detail hereunder) The APA is not to be considered as a final estimation of the yachts expenses as this depends on the itinerary, the fuel price at the time of charter and the provisioning. The APA is to be considered an initial amount sent to cover initial expenses such as listed below.

Fuel consumption for running the engine and the generator (depending on fuel rate and cruising hours)
Gasoline and lubricants for the use of the tender
Food - Drinks and spirits as per super market receipts
Marinas' fees
Agent/Marina fees abroad (if applicable)
Gratuities to the crew is customary (10%-15% of the charter rate) and it always depends on the clients’ satisfaction.

APA PROCEDURE

For the operational expenses clients should pay, prior to embarkation the amount of the A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) (fuel for the engine and gasoline for the use of the tender & water toys, food, drinks, delivery, redelivery fees, Corinth Canal Fees if crossed etc). The amount will be handed over to the Captain in order to supply the yacht with provisions, prior to clients' arrival and cover expenses, which will be paid by the Captain during the charter. Final calculations will be made at the end of the charter, with as many supporting receipts and invoices as possible. In case the already given amount appears to be insufficient, the Captain or Broker will advise the client accordingly in order to settle the balance of the expenses. In the contrary case, client will be refunded with any remaining balance.

Note:Due to the current situation with fuel prices rising please inform guests that the 40% APA will not be enough to cover all expenses during the charter.
