Heinrych was born into a life at sea—quite literally—as his earliest days were spent aboard a sailing catamaran off the coast of South Africa. Growing up on the water, he developed a profound connection to the ocean, spending his youth sailing, fishing, and mastering water sports. That foundation would lead to an impressive maritime career spanning commercial cargo ships, fishing vessels, superyachts, and now, the thriving yacht management company Pyper Yachts, which he co-founded with his wife and partner-in-adventure, Majori.
With an unshakable drive and deep respect for the sea, Heinrych earned his MCA Master Mariner Unlimited License in just six years—an achievement made possible through disciplined service aboard commercial freight vessels. He soon transitioned into luxury yachting, climbing the ranks from deckhand to captain aboard motor and sailing yachts as large as 115 meters, gaining recognition for his capable leadership and calm, decisive presence.
In 2020, Heinrych and Majori set out on a bold circumnavigation aboard a Sunreef 60 as part of the World ARC rally. Although the voyage was curtailed by the pandemic, the experience ignited a new vision. They returned with purpose and launched Pyper Yachts, building a boutique charter and management company in the Caribbean known for its hands-on service and exceptional crew culture.
Heinrych is grounded in integrity, fairness, and excellence. Genuine and approachable, he leads with humility and empowers those around him—from crew to clients. Whether steering across bluewater passages or overseeing company operations, he brings tireless energy, quiet confidence, and a natural ability to inspire trust.

Captain Luke
Luke was born in Johannesburg but grew up in the coastal city of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The lifestyle that a small city offers allowed him to fully participate in schooling activities, club sports and the time to maximise all that life by the ocean has to offer. Luke has always been an outdoors person since he can remember, enjoying the raw beauty nature has to offer which is all around us. He believes this is where his passion for yachting stems from and satisfaction he gets from being your Captain.
His captaining experience since his first catamaran navigating the entire Croatian coastline to more recently crossing the Atlantic Ocean from South Africa to the Caribbean, has indeed taught him many valuable lessons and allowed him to develop a high level of responsibility.
Luke defines himself as energetic, helpful, persistent, hardworking, and possesses a strong willingness to learn. Not only this, but Luke’s determined to provide an unforgettable charter experience.

Originally from Pennsylvania, USA, Chloe always felt as if she was being pulled away from her small hometown and towards the ocean. So naturally, she joined the yachting industry. She has since fallen in love with scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, and will climb almost any mountain.
Chloe seeks adventure at every opportunity, especially when it comes to the food she serves. She draws inspiration for her dishes from her travels around the Caribbean islands, techniques learned during professional culinary training in New Orleans, as well as her passion for unique flavour profiles from all around the world. She is currently taking a nutritional therapy course, and loves to utilise this knowledge to create balanced meals, practice healthy living, and share tips with her guests.

Emma has held key roles on luxury charter and private yachts, including serving as a Deck/Stew Instructor at Paperboat Yacht Academy, where she trained new crew in essential maritime skills. A few days stand out; Revisiting Oil Nut Bay + Peter Island. James loved the white Sandy beaches at Jost Van Dyke and of course the dunks at Soggy Dollar. I cherished my solo snorkel at Norman Island & later at the Indian rock formations. The vibe for us was perfect active days, fun afternoon games, especially our chill evenings while enjoying the most spectacular meals, drinks sunsets Celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary in a stunning setting with decorations and special meals. Ending with a hilarious Pub quiz hosted by Emmal (she's a clever one!) We can't wait to plan our next trip aboard Entre4 and hope the crew will pay us a visit anytime in Dallas or Cabo.
