We can provide you with stress free sailing in gentle trade winds through these aquamarine waters. Dive in and snorkel through the abundant coral reefs and observe the exotic marine life while anchored off of one of the many white sandy beaches. Row the kayaks ashore to explore your own private paradise. Or maybe wind surfing is more your speed. Jump on and take off in the steady breeze in the calm and steady waters behind the reefs. Catch a fish ... tuna, mahi mahi, wahoo... . Perhaps you would like to disappear in the hammock with a cocktail in hand. All is possible on GENESIS.
Represented by DMA Yachting, the breathtaking charter yacht GENESIS is a 47 ft sailing catamaran. The promiment features of GENESIS are her generous space and experienced crew. GENESIS spends the summer and winter season in St. Maarten/St. Martin. She was completed by the well-known ship builder C. Barreau Catana in 2000. An elegant refit was delivered in 2019. The expansive yacht layout features 1 cozy cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.
GENESIS is introduced primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The tasteful cabins offer designer mattrace beds and feature ensuite bathrooms. The cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. Multiple portholes provide a connection with the natural world outside.
The sailboat features Engine Type: Yanmar Generator: 110V / 60Hz Inverter 110V / 60 Hz engines and a generator.

Captain: Petr Stejskal
Captain Petr Stejskal
Captain Stejskal was born in the landlocked country of Czechoslovakia. He eventually found his way to the sea to attend the Maritime Academy of the Ukraine. It was here on the black Sea that Petr fell in love with sailing. In 1989 he graduated with a Masters Degree in Marine engineering and headed out to sea.
For the next several years he traveled all over the world on merchant ships as an Engineer Officer. In the early nineties Petr moved to the United States where he founded and operated a yacht service company. When he wasnt working he was sailing . . . taking trips to the Bahamas, Gulf of Mexico and the Florida keys.
A few years ago Petr heard the call of the Caribbean, packed up the shop and sailed to the Windward Islands to do what he loves best. He spent the better part of his time there exploring the jewels of the Caribbean. Now he would like to share these treasures with you.
Petr has over twenty years of experience as a skipper. He holds a Captains License, A Merchant Marine Document and licenses in First Aid / CPR, Marine Radio and Amateur Radio. He speaks fluent English, Russian and Czech.
Chef Tracy Stejskal
Tracy was raised in the rolling hills of North Carolina. She eventually made her way to the East Cost to attend college. Disregarding her parents wishes to return home for summer break, Tracy eagerly accepted a cooking position aboard a sailboat in the enchanting waters of the Bahamas.
While in the Bahamas, she learned to prepare conch (known as lambi in the West Indies) and to catch, clean and cook the "Catch of the Day" prepared Caribbean style. She was Hooked! Every summer thereafter she could be found sailing about the islands.
Even after graduating with a degree in Marine Biology, Tracy chose to continue creating culinary delights aboard yachts in the Caribbean. She has worked for nearly 20 years exclusively as Chef/Mate on a privately owned yacht.
Now, Tracy - your own personal chef - invites aboard GENESIS and looks forward to tempting your taste buds with exotic and intriguing Caribbean flavors. All customized to guest preferences & requests -- all you need to bring is your appetite.

Quality of both food and presentation was exceptional. Beautiful boat and wonderful crew! Obviously we are very happy with our experience on Genesis. Everything worked out perfectly! We did just what we wanted to do - circumnavigate Martinique - experienced a wide range of sailing conditions and enjoyed it thoroughly. Petr and Tracy were both eager to make the trip a success for us.
We will be talking up your charter for a while to come so don't be surprised if you get some new clients in the near future.

Both Carrie and I just wanted to send a short email saying we made it through the rest of our trip and home safe and sound. Thank you again for such a memorable and wonderful experience that we will remember forever. As we reflected back on the trip, we couldn't believe how many things we did, places we saw, and new foods we tried. Everything was just amazing!
We haven't gotten through all the pictures yet, but attached are a couple for now. We also loved all of Tracy's which was such a nice bonus.
(We go) back to work tomorrow, but we'll certainly stay in touch.

GENESIS (with one hull dedicated to two guests in an en suite king master) is perfect for a couple! Tracy and Petr are a blast so much fun and so flexible and easy going. Tracy really listened to what we said we wanted (to eat). The food was fresh, clean and light, but we also got dessert every night which I loved and said I wanted on our trip.
Regarding the itinerary, I dont have one bad thing to say. I will hope for the day I can email you (the broker) and say we are doing this again. Maybe in a few more yearsJ
The guests would definitely charter with Tracy and Petr again, Just need to figure out an excuse and way to do it.
Any suggestions for improvement? No!
