Beyond

For the past 25 years, I have been working in the maritime world, an environment that has become much more than a profession for me — it is a true passion.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to experience many different aspects of the industry, starting as a hostess, then working as a chef, boat technician and water sports base manager. Today, I have been working as a captain for several years, with the same passion for the sea, boats and the adventures they make possible.

What I enjoy most is sharing this incredible world with the people I welcome on board, introducing them to the beauty and magic of life at sea, and sharing some of the passion that has driven me throughout my career.

Generous, attentive and passionate by nature, I take great pleasure in putting my experience and expertise at the service of others. Looking after my guests, anticipating their needs and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and cared for are an essential part of the way I work.

For me, every voyage is a new encounter, every crew is a new adventure, and every moment spent on board should become a unique and unforgettable memory.

I’ve been working on boats for the past seven years, and travel for the past 15 years, which has given me the opportunity to discover different cultures, and meet people from all walks of life. I’m naturally curious, enthusiastic, and adaptable, and I genuinely enjoy learning, discovering new things, and taking on new challenges.

My travels have also had a strong influence on the way I cook. Discovering new flavours, ingredients, and different ways of cooking has naturally shaped my own style. I enjoy bringing these influences together with my creativity to create simple, personal, and flavourful food.

I’m a friendly and open-minded person who loves connecting with others and believes that kindness, teamwork, and a good sense of humour are essential to creating a happy atmosphere on board. My background as a nurse is also an added asset, giving me valuable medical knowledge and reassurance should a health issue arise during a trip.

Above all, I’m a people person who brings positive energy, reliability, and a genuine love of life to everything I do.
